Before and After... Intellectual and Emotional FreedomW.A.Y is NOT a diet book, but it just might contain all the weight loss secrets you will ever need...
Strange as it now sounds I once knew the type of economic circumstance which led me to "treat myself" to the dollar menu at MacDonald's as Friday Night's only source of weekend entertainment or to feed the stress with a one pound bag of peanut M&M's on Saturday only to go back for another on Sunday. At a few hairs short of 5'10 and 248lbs, I was on a fast track to a (shortened) lifetime of cholesterol blockers, high blood pressure pills and antacids. Not to mention the fact that I had become a prolific snorer. If I was lucky, thousands of dollars in annual pharmaceutical bills would have increased my cost of food allowance. Given the direct connection to heart disease and diabetes the odds were against that being the only drain on my budget. But something wonderful has taken place over the past 4 or so years. As I got closer and closer to my Intellectual and Emotional Freedom...I stopped the endless cycle of dieting and binging and infrequent spurts of heavy exercise. I was simply able to take control over my eating just as I was taking control over the other areas of my life. During that time I have watched 52 lbs and my snoring disappear, along with the "hunger" for so many other destructive thoughts and behaviors. Today, I'm happy to say that I don't believe anyone needs to put themselves on a "diet". Stress, sure there is still plenty of it, but I learned whatever you "feed" makes that something grow stronger...No matter it be stress, anxiety, hatred, confidence or purpose. Please...read W.A.Y. and learn how to feed your purpose instead of the growing epidemic of self-loathing.
